Planting Instructions: Plant in pots so top of bulb is about level with soil.
How to plant: Prepared Hyacinths are specially treated to flower early indoors; if planted before the end of September, they can flower from
mid-December onwards. Plant in bulb fibre in any suitable container leaving the neck of the bulb protruding above the surface. Water, then place in a cool (maximum 9ºC/48ºF), frost-free spot. Check periodically the compost is moist, but do not overwater. After 10-12 weeks, when the flower bud has appeared, bring into a warm, light room.

Soil Type: Well-drained, but moist, humus rich soil.

Key Features: Can be grown in a hyacinth carafe with just water. keep the water level just below the base of the bulb. Keep in a cool place and proceed as for pot grown.
