Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that occasionally a product is sent incorrectly or an item maybe damaged or faulty so if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please send an email to inform us of any issues as soon as you receive your order, to our customer service team at walkers@taylors-bulbs.com and your query will be dealt with, within 24-48 hours.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Please contact our customer service team immediately on receiving your order to discuss with the team the best way to move forward.

All returns are to be paid for by the customer if a return has been agreed with customer service in extreme circumstances.
