Garlic Garcua has a soft neck with a strong flavour. Each garlic bulb will produce approximately 20-25 cloves for planting.

When to plant: Autumn or Spring
How to plant: Garlic requires a free-draining, fertile soil. Thoroughly dig over the site with a fork, removing any weeds. Adding a general fertilizer will improve yields. Mark out a row using a string line or cane. Break up the bulbs into individual cloves before planting. Keep the soil moist during the growing period.
Harvest Time = In mid summer, the leaves will begin to die down. Lift the garlic out of the soil and leave on the surface to ripen for a few days. When dry, store in a light airy position, dry and frost free

All Spring flowering bulbs are despatched from mid September onwards and Amaryllis and Cyclamen in November.
